讲师简介

2008年7月于甘肃农业大学食品科学与工程学院获得工学学士学位,2011年7月于甘肃农业大学食品科学与工程学院获得工学硕士学位,2014年7月于西北农林科技大学食品科学与工程学院获得工学博士学位,之后于陕西师范大学食品工程与营养科学学院任职。主要从事天然食品因子的营养功能性评价及分子机制研究。
